The Brand

Landing Realty Group runs an invitation-gated network of licensed brokers with access to off-market YGL exclusives across Boston and New Jersey. Their promise is a single point of contact from first search to move-in — a level of trust most rental portals can't offer.

The Challenge

Rental search is broken: portals overflow with stale and bait listings, and renters bounce between five different agents. Landing needed a platform where every listing is real, synced hourly, and every inquiry routes to one vetted broker — without feeling like a clunky MLS wrapper.
